i don’t think so. i look at it as "expanding your horizon." dating on line or dating the old fashion way is still dating.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with online dating. in fact, it is very popular and lots of people are finding their match online. there are lots of great websites specializing in different areas of dating. i think you should go for it. don’t listen to any mean remarks, a lot of time people are just jealous of things they don’t understand. it is totally possible to find- the one- online.

No it is not a bad thing to try online dating – you are living in a area that I too would be scared of just meeting someone and dating them just because they have asked.
You do have to be so cautious and you are smart for the online dating I believe, many people who have said that probably have no respect for them self and are very out going – it is ok to be reserved and you will be safer with online dating for you aren’t actually seeing them and you can be quite comfortable without a real person being physically with you for you may not have the time to actually date someone, having to take all that time dressing and reapplying makeup and spending hours getting to know someone that turns out to be a smuck. This way when you spend the time with someone on line you tend to learn and love what they are about on the internet and talk for a while after time and you Begin to talk on the phone you will be able to tell if they are who they have attracted you to begin with. Then you can make a better informed decision on wheather to meet them publically or not to maybe take it a step futher. Also there is no harm in having a comanionship on line to slove a temp. lonly problem for yourself. Sometimes that will allow you more time to grow and or think about if that is really what you wont in a full time relationship some people get to possive about the time you have already given your heart to them and this leads to destruction always – so I feel you are SMART and so NOT a loser to do on line dating.

Well I would not listen to what others have to say about online dating. These people calling you a "LOSER" probably have nothing better to do then say rude comments and hide behind their computer…so don’t hang on that.
I don’t think that online dating is for losers and neither does half the population otherwise there wouldn’t be dozens and dozens of online dating sites; match.com, eharmony.com, etc. I think that online dating is genius…you get to be your absolute self without worrying about what others think….because there is another person that could be more compatible for you online than some drunk jerk at the bar who just wants to get in your pants.
If you’re hiding from the dating scheme because you can’t handle it or are just to shy….try getting involved in activities excluding bars….hope this helps!

Of course not. There could be losers on online dating but they can ezly exist in real life dating.

I personally met my partner accidently through online gaming. Wasnt intentional but it worked out fine and we madly in love with each other.

For some it works, for some it doesnt. Just becareful as online dating is dangerous as real life is too.

well for your age you should try it your not a loser for doing that you should do that if u cant find anyone right for you and need a little bit of help finding him! They are just saying that because they found there match without and think that u can 2 but sometimes its hard i understand that u have 1 41 yr old aunt and she is still single and she has never considered it so i say u consider it and try!

I see absolutely nothing wrong with online dating. Seriously, when you’re an adult and busy it’s much harder finding Ms/Mr Right in real time. I met the guy I am sorta seeing online and I’m not a loser. I don’t think ANYONE who meets dates online is a loser. Anyone who thinks you are needs to grow up and get a life.

i asked a question on here recently about match.com.. and i got so many RUDE responses. Many calling me a "LOSER". What is so wrong with online dating? I live in NYC and I am 34. I am an attractive woman but meeting men here has been impossible. Is online dating really considered desperate and for losers?? Is it really better to be single and lonely…or be ridiculed for trying??
